Yes it is back! When rumours started around 2013-2014, we didn't think it would ever come to it. Promises aren't always kept, but not on this occasion. Much to our benefit, Dragon Ball is back on our screens once more as Dragon Ball Super. The new Dragon Ball Super series start between episodes 288 and 289 of Dragon Ball Z. With episode 289 being the DBZ finale at The World Tournament. We are introduced to two new characters. The God of Destruction Beerus, and the angel Whis. We won't spoil it for you because the aforementioned play a huge role throughout the series. So we will let you enjoy that for yourselves!

Created by Akira Toriyama, the man responsible for the Dragon Ball Manga series and now the Dragon Ball Super series. The Dragon Ball manga series was originally 42 volumes but it was then split and adapted for the anime series’. The first 16 volumes adapted for Dragon Ball and the remaining 26 for Dragon Ball Z. Who knew that an anime released originally in Japan in 1989 will still continue to grow and stay relevant? I’m sure the fans can answer that in a 100 different ways.
Introducing many new characters and following the recipe of humour and epic fighting, Dragon Ball Z provides new depth. So many major and minor story lines allowing the game to branch off into many different areas. Check out the countless Dragon Ball Z Video Games for a start!
