All things considered this is undoubtedly Dr. Gero's ultimate creation, Cell. As a result he possessed the power of many powerful fighters including the likes of Goku, Vegeta, Frieza & Piccolo. Cell proved to be a formidable foe, and an incredibly difficult villain to defeat. It took Gohan's amazing powers in Super Saiyan 2 form alongside Goku to perform the Father & Son Kamehameha attack to fully disintegrate Perfect Cell. An attack so powerful that Cell was unable to regenerate himself.
From Imperfect Cells lust to become 'Perfect' to Perfect Cells desire to test his incredible powers. It was almost as if the Z Warriors were up against different villains throughout the Cell Saga's.
